1. The reservation must be made at least 5 days in advance.
2. It is not allowed to bring your own food and drink. All food and beverage has tobe purchased at the hotel.
3. If a change from the original room set-up is required on the day of the function,a labor charge will be added to the banquet check.
4. The Hotel is not responsible for damage to, or loss of, any items left in the Hotelprior to, or following, any function.
5. The customer is responsible and shall reimburse the Hotel for: any damage, lossor liability incurred by the Hotel by any of the customer's guests, or any personor organization contracted by the customer to provide any services or goodsbefore, during, or after the function.
6. The hotel reserves the right to adjust rates in the event of changes in value addedtax, other taxes/fees, or in the event of force majeure beyond the hotel's control.The hotel must inform the client of any increase in prices as soon as possible.
